Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to create a rectangle.
In a bowl, mix the cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, bell peppers, onions, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread this mixture evenly over half of the rolled-out dough, leaving a border around the edges.
Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
Place the stuffed dough onto a baking sheet.
Combine melted butter and a pinch of garlic powder. Apply this mixture evenly onto the surface of the dough.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the pocket turns golden brown.
Once done, let it cool slightly before slicing.
