Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to create a rectangle.
  • In a bowl, mix the cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, bell peppers, onions, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread this mixture evenly over half of the rolled-out dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  • Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
  • Place the stuffed dough onto a baking sheet.
  • Combine melted butter and a pinch of garlic powder. Apply this mixture evenly onto the surface of the dough.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the pocket turns golden brown.
