Ingredients
3 pounds of chicken wings are served party-style, or divided by the client into wingettes and drumettes
1/3 cup BBQ spice, made at home or bought from a store
2 teaspoons vegetable oil Cooking spray
1 teaspoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
Set the oven's temperature to 400 degrees. On an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet, place an oven-safe rack. Spraying the rack with nonstick frying spray
In a large bowl, mix the chicken wings and oil. Mix to coat evenly
Add the spice mixture to the basin. Mix the spice rub into the chicken wings until they are completely covered
Put one layer of chicken wings on the rack
Bake until the edges are golden and crisp, 45 minutes. Add some chopped parsley on top before serving
