- 2 sticks of unsalted butter
- Brown rice, 1 cup
- There is only enough onion soup for one packet (any choice)
- Beef consommé from Campbell's, one can
- 1 ½ cups of chopped mushrooms
- Salt and pepper, 1 ½ tsp. to taste
Bake the butter sticks in a casserole for three to five minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit after placing them in the dish. After the butter has melted, mix the cream with a spoon, and then spread it out evenly across the top of the pan.
Place the soup packet on top of the brown rice that has been placed in the dish. After that, pour in the beef consommé from a can of Campbell's that already has gravy within the can.
After that, using a spoon, thoroughly combine all of the ingredients, and then, while swirling, add the mushrooms. To impart a savory flavor to the dish, sprinkle some salt and pepper over the top.
