Ingredients

  • All-Purpose Flour (about 2 1/4 cups)
  • Baking Powder, 1 Teaspoon
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Separated Large Eggs
  • 2 Cups of Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Preheat and spray your waffle iron.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  • Manually whisk egg whites in a medium basin to firm peaks. Reserve.
  • Mix egg yolks, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla essence in another medium bowl.
  • Mix the dry ingredients with the egg yolk mixture.
  • Fold in egg whites.
  • Place the batter onto the preheated waffle iron, and proceed to cook it in conformity with the directions provided by the manufacturer.
  • Serve with butter, syrup, and powdered sugar.
