- 1 oz grenadine syrup
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz blue curaçao liqueur
- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz dark rum
- Crushed ice
Start by filling the highball glass with ice cubes, leaving some room at the top for the colorful layers.
Slowly pour the grenadine syrup over the back of a spoon or by drizzling it down the side of the glass, allowing it to settle at the bottom. This creates the vibrant red layer.
Gently pour the orange juice over the back of the spoon to create the middle, yellow layer.
In a separate container, mix the coconut cream and white rum. Slowly pour this mixture over the spoon to create the white layer.
Finally, float the blue curaçao and dark rum on top, using the same spoon technique.
Garnish with a slice of orange or a maraschino cherry, if desired.
