Carbquik Pancakes Recipe

These Carbquik pancakes are perfect if you're not a fan of high-carb morning meals. By using a low-carb baking mix, I was able to reduce the net carbs in each serving to just 2.

Ingredients

  • Carbquik
  • Almond Milk
  • Eggs
  • Butter

Instructions

Heat Pan or Griddle

  • Apply coconut oil or nonstick spray to the pan. The cooking pan or griddle temperature should be 375 degrees F.

Combine Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients using a whisk. Mix carefully. Batter lumps are fine. First-side pancakes should be dry. Flip and fry until golden.

Cook

  • For each pancake, add two tablespoons of batter on a hot griddle or pan. Use similar-sized ladle servings.
