1 box of chocolate wafer cookies
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 quarts of your favorite Carvel ice cream flavors (e.g., vanilla, chocolate, and fudge)
1 cup hot fudge sauce
1 cup whipped cream
Colorful sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Crust
Crush the chocolate wafer cookies in a food processor until fine.
Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan lined with parchment paper. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Layer the Ice Cream
Soften the Carvel ice cream at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
Spread one flavor evenly over the chilled crust, followed by a layer of hot fudge sauce.
Repeat with additional layers of ice cream and hot fudge until the pan is filled. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Finishing Touches
Once the cake is firm, remove it from the springform pan.
Spread a layer of whipped cream over the top and sides.
Decorate with colorful sprinkles for a festive touch.
