1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 flatbreads (gorditas)
4 crispy taco shells
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato, diced
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions
Cook the Ground Beef
Brown the ground beef over medium heat in a frying pan.
Drain excess fat and add the taco seasoning according to the package instructions.
Simmer until fully cooked, creating a flavorful and seasoned meat filling.
Prepare the Cheesy Layer
While the beef is cooking, warm the gorditas in a separate pan or microwave.
Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese on each gordita.
