Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Over medium-high heat heat the vegetable oil in a wok or skillet.
  • Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
