Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork riblets
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the Riblets: Season the riblets with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Sauté Aromatics: Set the Instant Pot to "Sauté" mode. Throw in chopped garlic and grated ginger. Cook until it smells really good.
  • Brown the Riblets: Add the riblets and brown on all sides for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Make the Sauce: In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Pour the sauce over the riblets.
  • Pressure Cook: Close the Instant Pot lid and set to "Manual" or "Pressure Cook" mode for 25 minutes.
  • Natural Release: Allow the Instant Pot to naturally release pressure for 10 minutes. Then, carefully do a quick release.
  • Finish Under Broil: Transfer riblets to a baking sheet, brush with additional sauce, and broil for 5 minutes for a caramelized finish.
