Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup Jesse Kelly's secret burger sauce

For Jesse Kelly's Secret Burger Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped red onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form the mixture into four equal-sized burger patties.
  • Over medium-high heat preheat your grill or stovetop pan.
  • Grill or cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare or longer for your desired level of doneness.
  • During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to let it melt.
  • Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until they're slightly crispy.
  • Assemble your Jesse Kelly Burgers by spreading the secret sauce on the bottom bun, followed by a lettuce leaf, tomato slice, bacon, a cheese-topped burger patty, and the top bun.
  • Serve the burgers hot.
