Ingredients

  • 16 ounces of ground pork
  • You'll need 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. dry parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground dried sage
  • A pinch of dried thyme, a pinch of crushed red pepper, a pinch of ground coriander, a pinch of Accent (this is optional as it is MSG), and a pinch of ground black pepper.

Instructions

  • Coat the ground pork with spices and herbs.
  • Refrigerate the bowl for 15 minutes to combine the meat's flavors.
  • The beef patties can be made by rolling the seasoned meat into golf-ball-sized balls. They must be no more than half an inch thick.
  • In a skillet, heat the oil with two teaspoons. The sausage patties need about 5 minutes in the pan on each side to brown.
  • Serve it with scrambled eggs and roasted vegetables, or spread it on French toast with maple butter.
