- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
