Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until the mixture is moistened and crumbly.
Take a 9-inch pie dish and press the mixture into the bottom and sides in it.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes until it is lightly golden brown. Let the crust cool and prepare the filling.
In a mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks until they are pale yellow and thick.
Add the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, pureed mangoes, lime zest, and salt to the bowl and whisk until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
Bake the pie for 15-20 minutes until the filling is set.
Allow the pie to cool to room temperature before refrigerating it for at least 2 hours.
