- One pound of chicken legs cut into small cubes
- Three minced garlic cloves
- Diced half of an onion
- Half a cup of regular vinegar
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- Black pepper, one tablespoon's worth
- The equivalent of 1 spoonful of sugar
- Three teaspoons of oil or margarine
The oil should be heated in a saucepan of middling size.
Sauté the garlic and onion until they acquire an aromatic quality, then set aside. (About 5 minutes).
