Ingredients

  • 1 package of Mrs. Cubbison's Seasoned Cubed Stuffing
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  • Over medium heat melt the butter in a skillet. Add diced celery and onions and sauté until they become translucent.
  • Stir in the salt, pepper, sage, thyme, and rosemary.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Mrs. Cubbison's Seasoned Cubed Stuffing with the sautéed mixture.
  • Gradually add chicken or vegetable broth and mix until the stuffing is moist but not overly wet.
  • Transfer the stuffing to a greased baking dish.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
