Cranberry Bread Recipe
- 2 cups of flour of any kind
- Baking powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 cup of avocado oil or another vegetable oil
- 1/2 a cup of raw cane sugar check supplementary material
- 1/2 cup tangy cream cheese or thick Greek yogurt
- A couple of eggs and a quarter of an orange's worth of juice navel orange called cara cara
- Citrus Zest, Measured out to be 1 Tsp.
- The equivalent of one teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 1 cup cranberries, either fresh from Ocean Spray or frozen
Orange Glaze
- One-fourth cup of powdered sugar
- One Tablespoon of Pure Orange Juice
- Possible use of orange zest
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Nonstick spray the loaf pan.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Ignore.
Oil, sugar, sour cream, eggs, orange juice, zest, and vanilla extract. Whisk lump-free.
Don't over-mix dry ingredients.
Add cranberries.
Loaf pan batter.
52-55 minutes, or until the toothpick comes out clean. Glaze when cool.
Powdered sugar, orange juice, and zest make a glaze. If desired, add extra juice. Smooth the glaze over the bread using a spatula. Rigidify.
Servify.
