Ingredients

  • Approximately 24 ounces of cleaned shrimp
  • Angel hair pasta, 12 ounces
  • Melted butter, 6 teaspoons
  • Salt, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes, 1/4 teaspoon
  • Minced garlic cloves, 2
  • Minced shallots, 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon mustard
  • Lemon juice 1-1/2 tablespoons

Instructions

  • Salt and boil the water. The pasta should be cooked until it is soft but firm. Pasta should be taken out of the water and set aside.
  • Melt the butter, then add the garlic, shallots, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • To evenly coat the shrimp, add them to the mixture and toss. Place on a baking sheet. Set the oven's temperature to 425.
  • Bake the shrimp and butter mixture for 12 to 15 minutes in the oven. Once finished, combine it with the spaghetti. Mix the shrimp and butter ingredients thoroughly.
  • Lemon wedges and chopped parsley are added as serving garnishes.
