- Approximately 24 ounces of cleaned shrimp
- Angel hair pasta, 12 ounces
- Melted butter, 6 teaspoons
- Salt, 1/2 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes, 1/4 teaspoon
- Minced garlic cloves, 2
- Minced shallots, 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard
- Lemon juice 1-1/2 tablespoons
Salt and boil the water. The pasta should be cooked until it is soft but firm. Pasta should be taken out of the water and set aside.
Melt the butter, then add the garlic, shallots, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
To evenly coat the shrimp, add them to the mixture and toss. Place on a baking sheet. Set the oven's temperature to 425.
Bake the shrimp and butter mixture for 12 to 15 minutes in the oven. Once finished, combine it with the spaghetti. Mix the shrimp and butter ingredients thoroughly.
Lemon wedges and chopped parsley are added as serving garnishes.
