- 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Cooked white rice for serving
Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until melted.
Add diced onions, green bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until softened.
