Ingredients

  • Steaks of the flank or the skirt that weigh 2 to 3 pounds each
  • Slicing 1 red bell pepper, slicing 1 green bell pepper, slicing 1 yellow onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • The equivalent of one teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • Dry Oregano, 1 Teaspoon
  • Seasoning: 1 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon
  • An Equal Parts Olive Oil, Measured in a Quarter Cup
  • 1/4 cup of lime juice
  • (8-10) tortillas made of flour

Instructions

  • After cutting the steak into thin strips, it should be placed in a slow cooker.
  • Place the sliced bell peppers, minced onion, and minced garlic in the slow cooker.
  • Stir together chili powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lime juice in a small bowl to form the seasoning. After placing the steak and vegetables in the slow cooker, pour the mixture over them.
  • Cook for six to eight hours on low heat, or for three to four hours on high heat.
