- 1 pound of spaghetti noodles
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Take a large pot add salted water and boil. Follow the instructions on the spaghetti noodle package and cook them until they reach the desired al dente texture. Drain and set aside.
Melt the butter over medium heat in a large skillet or wok. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden.
