Ingredients

  • 1 pound of spaghetti noodles
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Take a large pot add salted water and boil. Follow the instructions on the spaghetti noodle package and cook them until they reach the desired al dente texture. Drain and set aside.
  • Melt the butter over medium heat in a large skillet or wok. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden.
  • Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine the flavors.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti noodles to the skillet and toss them with the sauce until well coated. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes to allow the noodles to absorb the flavors.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and garnish the noodles with chopped green onions.
